This past Monday and Tuesday we met up with Pav's brother Andy and his family in Petersburg, Kentucky and went to the Creation Museum. I honestly wasn't expecting such a nice museum, especially when I didn't see any signs or advertising along the highway. It was definitely worth the six hour drive. The 70,000 square foot museum plus the beautiful botanical gardens and petting zoo take two full days to really enjoy. It doesn't cost much more to get a two day pass than just a one day. Though our kids are young they loved all the wax figures and moving dinosaurs. There were plenty of hands on exhibits and videos to make it interesting for them. After lunch we took the kids to the planetarium where they all fell asleep under the stars. http://creationmuseum.org/
