Rainy days have kept our family inside for the past couple of weekends.  It also gave us a great reason to take the kids bowling. 

With the help of gutter guards Sawyer got the highest score.

The kids have three weeks until they are out of school.  I'm starting to gear up to having all five kids home all day.  Hopefully we won't have too many rainy days and they will be able to splash in our creek and ride their bikes.

Another project on our agenda is a playhouse for the kiddos.

 They have been building their own out scrap wood.  Which takes me back to my own childhood...  Leaves for food, sticks for a pretend fire, acorn dishes, and begging mom for a jar to put water in.
