Peacock Tutu

I have another Pinterest find to share with you all.  I came across an adorable peacock tutorial  and thought it would be perfect for Zoe.  This site has lots of costume ideas that are great for Halloween or just everyday dressup.

I posted a tutorial on making a tutu about this time last year, but for this one I changed things up a little.  Instead of using elastic, which I didn't have on hand, I used ribbon.  This way the tutu is more like a belt and can just be tied on.  The great part about this idea is my older daughter can wear it too.
